Tennebrae Service

On Good Friday, which is April 18, we will have a Tenebrae Service at 7:30 p.m.  The Tenebrae Service is an ancient service that symbolizes the temporary darkness that entered the world at Christ’s crucifixion. We will read the Gospel accounts of Christ’s final hours with His disciples, His arrest, trial, crucifixion, and burial. Appropriate musical selections will also be sung. Candles are extinguished throughout the service. This is a very moving service that closes in darkness and silence.

A nursery will be provided from birth through 2nd grade. This service will also be live-streamed to YouTube.
