This year for Advent, our theme is, “The First Carols of Christmas.” In Luke’s gospel account, Luke records five songs or carols that flow from the hearts of God’s people concerning the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus. We hear carols from Elizabeth, Mary, Zechariah, the Angels, and Simeon. Our pastors and elders will be preaching on these first carols on the following Sundays and on Christmas Eve. Please note our Christmas Eve service will be at 5:00. We look forward to our church families lighting our Advent Wreath each of these Sundays, singing praises to our Lord, and hearing the Word of God read and preached.
