Discipleship & Life Classes
Sunday school classes for everyone before the worship service
We hold Sunday school classes before the worship service on Sunday mornings from 9:00 - 10:10 a.m. We call our Sunday school classes “Discipleship & Life” (D&L) because we feel it most accurately describes our dual focus. “Discipleship” encompasses the “how-to's” of becoming more like Christ through biblical instruction and practical Christian living. The “Life” aspect reflects our focus on fellowship with others, both our friends and our community.
We have something for everyone during this time! KidVenture!, our program for younger kids, divides its classes by age group: 2 years through 5 years, kindergarten through 2nd grade, and 3rd through 5th grade. Middle School (6th through 8th grade) and High School (9th through 12th grade) youth also meet separately. Nursery care is available for children under two years old. Young kids participating in KidVenture! and the Nursery must be checked in by an adult at the Redeemer Kids Welcome Station in the “2nd lobby” before class.
We offer several adult classes of varying topics during each nine-week semester, with classes changing quarterly. LINK Up!, a class for newcomers to get connected, is offered at least twice a year.
